Hey guys: Is there any way I can get in touch with the moderator here? Or does anyone know who created this site? I'd like to find out how he combined this board with the Show site. For that matter if anyone here knows this information or knows much about web design I'd be happy to pay a few bucks for some help.

Hello kind sir. I am the resident pixel wizard around these parts.
It's pretty easy to "combine" the site with the board. In the ProBoard settings, you can add a custom header, and all you really have to do is copy the html from the header on the regular site in there.
And then, to quote the great Jim Cramer, "booyah." It's done.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. There are no secrets around here, except the stuff I don't tell anybody.

Is it kinda the same if I'd rather not use Proboards? If I'm unable to do this, could you do this sort of thing for a few dollars? What I'd really like to do is incorporate an SMF forum into the regular website (and vice versa) and have the SMF forum modified a little so at least the colors match.

I'm sure any message board you use will have a similar function and ability. I just Googled this really quick, and if you're using an SMF forum (I never have, so I'm not too familiar) it looks like you can set a global header via this link/add-on: custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=351To be honest, I'm horrible at anything involving code and I can barely get by, but I'm confident there's someone else on here that's more competent than me that'd be willing to help out if you run into trouble.

Thanks yet again. If you know of someone who does web design at a moderate price, could you have him or her hit me up via PM? Prefer an SDSU grad or student.
