Everytime I put my URL in and click "Modify Profile" it doesn't go through? I go back to the modify profile page and the URL didn't save or something

Hmm weird. Is the URL you're putting in a direct link to a jpg or gif?

Problem was I was using the link from imageshack and not the direct link. My fault  Mine is kind of hard to see with only 100x100 though  |

You have to upload that picture to photobucket or imageshack or some other photo hosting website, because you need a direct link to the jpg. Basically something like www.whateverphotohostyouchoose.com/blahblahblah/yourphoto.jpg |
