We want to be classy, right? It's why we don't start chants with fuck in them, bring up Jim Jones or heckle Troy Leaf's family like Oregon did to Kevin Love.
“We don’t want to come off as ignoramuses,” Trevor Bishop said yesterday. “I think we have a good sense of where the boundaries are. We don’t want to make the visiting team overly welcome, but we are clever enough that we don’t have to go into things like religion or other off-topic things that might offend you.”
That was quoted in that UT article last season. I think domestic violence (that brings the victim into play, FUCK Trevon Willis) is a bit over the top.

Initially I was all for having a poster of her. As a female, I'd want the mother f-er to never be able to get my face out of his mind. But reading everything everyone's said, I think I've changed my mind. A poster of a woman with an anti-violence slogan (like the picture above) is classy but still fucks with his mind. I vote to leave her picture out of it but bring on any other kind of anti domestic violence propaganda that will get in his head. Maybe us girls can come up with some kind of chant for when he's got the ball... Chicks only though- to really get the point across. Thoughts?

He deserves every bit of it for being a disgusting human being (as well as a Rebel). I just think you can be creative and funny without bringing her into it. Really, using her photo is a cheap cop out for you guys and you're better than that. I'm sorry if I come across as soft on this one, but I can see this backfiring big time. Think about all the people who freak the fuck out over the "you suck" song. The admins chuckle and give you guys a "don't do it" with a wink and a nod. I don't see this happening here. This is a whole other monster if it people realize what it is that you are doing.

I like the idea of all the girls in the building having (fake) red marks around their necks. Have a sign that's similar to the "Splash Zone" sign at Sea World. "Tre'von Willis Choke Zone."

A few things...
1,) I personally don't think its that big of a deal because no one really knows who the fuck Skye Sanders is except for the people we are trying to mess with. I didn't even know her name, let alone what she came close to looking like.
2.) I totally understand what Anthony is saying. A victim of abuse shouldn't be exploited for a college basketball game.
3.) Its a matter of weighing those two realities.
4.) My quote in the paper was simply pandering to the media. The way coaches aren't honest on injury reports or say nothing but cliched bullshit during mid-game interviews. I am a big fan of being classless and offending people. I just don't want the whole world knowing about it so they try to stop us from having our fun.

Newspapers don't reveal names/addresses of domestic violence rules for a reason.

Anthony and Ryan speak the truth. Go there, but not in that way.

Not true, Anthony wouldnhave never thought this was a good idea, and after an initial thought of awesome, I would have agreed with Anthony that it is over the line
